Before you get on the water:

Clothing should be close fitting but allow for a range of motion.  Spandex bicycle type shorts are ideal. Boats have built-in shoes, which tend to be large sizes, so if you have small feet you may want to wear shoes that can be worn inside of them. Old shoes should be worn since they may get wet, and don’t forget your socks. Bring plenty of water, as well as a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen when necessary.
